1 - How long does shipping take?
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible (typically within 1-2 days). Once shipped, delivery via our tracked express service takes 8 to 15 business days. We ship fast, but delays are possible. On rare occasions, shipping times may extend by a few days due to unexpected customs inspections or slower processing times once the package transfers to your country's local carrier.
2 - What type of charger does it use?
The kit uses a universal USB Type-C charging cable (included). You can charge it easily using any modern phone charger, laptop, or power bank.
3 - Is it safe to use on damp hair?
No. This appliance is designed for quick touch-ups and styling on dry hair only. Using heat tools on wet hair can cause damage.
